Appointment Questionnaire To gain the most from your session, I would like you to fill out the attached questionnaire. Please take your time completing all questions, and don’t omit or wait until we are in session to tell me. I session best with people who are open and honest, the more I know about you the more I can get inside your head. In completing the questionnaire, I expect you to tell me honestly about your level of experience. There is no point in coming along hoping for a cruel single tail whipping when you’ve had nothing more than a bottom slap before. Some things need working up to. Your health and well being are important to me. I will spend a short time talking to you before the session begins to go through the questionnaire in person so please be prepared for this. The more complete a picture I have of you the better I am able to tailor the session to your needs. Please be aware if visiting for the first time that many slaves/submissives have a fantasy of how things will develop. Mostly these fantasies include everything the slave/submissive has thought about over the years. To bring all of this into one session would not be realistic nor would it be wise. Therefore I ask new slaves/submissives to be open minded in their desires. I will follow the general idea of what a client wants but will aim to enhance this with my own ideas. With a highly creative and somewhat wicked imagination such as mine, I feel sure that you won’t be disappointed with the result. REMEMBER; don’t be shy when completing the questionnaire, tell me about the scenario you desire, I am a flexible and creative; and am willing to consider all manner of sessions. |
